Terms & Conditions

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine, attend tastings, or participate in any events involving alcohol. By placing an order or booking an experience, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.

• Tastings, pairing dinners, and classes may require advance reservations.

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

• No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Events may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in advance.

• Wine purchases are subject to availability and applicable state laws.

• We currently only ship to states where we are legally permitted to do so.

• Adult signature (21+) is required for delivery.

• Sauceda Cellars is not responsible for delays due to carrier services or weather conditions.

• We do not accept returns of wine except in the case of damage or a defect.

• If you believe your wine was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We may require photos and proof of purchase to process any claim.

• Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

• Guests must be 21+ for events involving alcohol unless specified.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or disruptive.

• Sauceda Cellars at Crockett Haus is a Federal Historic Register property location and as such it may have uneven surfaces, not support current accessibility standards, and generally be present risks to navigate for all persons especially the young, elderly or anyone with any impairment.  

• Each person is responsible for their own well being while on the property. If you have any allergy that affects your health while at Sauceda Cellars then notify management immediately upon arrival and we can discuss whether there may be risks to you here. Outdoor areas may have crawling or flying insects and arachnids that sting or bite. We regularly serve food products with nuts, corn, fish, and other products that may present issues for those with food allergies.

• Private Event agreements are through Crockett Haus LLC's separate Terms and Conditions.

• Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill orders, work with our approved partners, or comply with the law. For full details, please see our [Privacy Policy].  We may use photos of persons who are on property or at an event for marketing purposes.

• All content on this site, including imagery, copy, and branding, is the property of Sauceda Cellars and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
